ALL the workshops are for both 

Leads AND Follows.  

Brenda's workshop, 11:30 - 1:00

IF YOU CAN MOVE YOURSELF, 

YOU CAN MOVE ME, 

will focus on fundamental moves and variations, body position, expressing the rhythm with your body, and more info on 

what makes you feel good as a lead 

or a follow, as well as the right (and wrong) way to do dips!

I'm teaching the second class, 

1:30 - 3:00,which is focused on 

WHAT MAKES A DANCE FEEL GOOD, 

so that people will want to dance

with you again and again!.

The third workshop, which will be taught by Tyler Hayward, 3:00 - 4:30, will be 

COOL MOVES FOR LEADS AND FOLLOWS.

You don't need to be an advanced dancer for any of these.

Each workshop is 90 minutes and will take the time for FREQUENT rotation and LOTS of repetition so that students can learn 7 or 8 things REALLY WELL and be able to remember them when they're dancing the following week, rather than trying to squeeze in 15 or

20 things that you'll forget the next day!
